A Bit About Me
In my "former life" (prior to becoming a Notary Public) I worked as a Sr IT Systems Analyst for over 20 years in the Healthcare industry. I have always endeavor to be an entrepreneur and therefore launch my travel company TLD World Class Travel in 2018.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, I had worked as a notary public for nearly four years and decided to focus on expanding my notary public portfolio by becoming a certified notary signing agent and remote online notary. I took the time to learn all I could about the industry and became certified with the Loan Signing System and National Notary Association. Once I became certified, I launched TLD Global Notary Signing Services.
Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience and the completed loan documents will be returned prompt to close the loan without delays. I thoroughly review every single document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. In addition, I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx and UPS drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
